An expressionist oil painting of a woman with her eyes closed and her head tilted downward in a contemplative pose. Her face is rendered with blocky, angular brushstrokes in shades of pale yellow, white, ochre, and soft pink, with dark, prominent eyelashes and deep red lips. Her dark black hair frames her face. She is surrounded by abstract flowers and foliage rendered in thick, textured impasto strokes of bright orange, red, and blue with her hand, painted in broad strokes of white and yellow, rests near her chin.
