Anything can happen in the next half hour... is a surreal journey through 1960s and 70s children's television nostalgia. The drawings are not limited by time or space; characters, situations and ideas are taken out of context and mixed to create new stories and new possibilities…
The cultural explosion of the 1960s and 1970s resulted in a rich creativity in children's television; from the puppet sci-fi of Fireball XL5 and Stingray to simple animations like Noggin the Nogg, The Clangers and Mr Benn.
Anything is possible in the world of television, and I wanted to explore alternate realities for these characters; Imagine what they were doing when we weren't watching, or what they might be doing now.
