Scarlet Page: A Photographic Journey

Scarlet Page's passion for photography blossomed during her studies at the University of Westminster in the early 1990s. She swiftly developed a unique documentary style, capturing the vibrant essence of America's music scene while traveling with The Smashing Pumpkins, The Beastie Boys, and other artists on the Lollapalooza tour in 1994. Her big break came the following year when her work was featured in the album artwork for The Verve's "A Northern Soul."

Since then, Scarlet has established herself as a sought-after photographer in the music industry, collaborating with iconic acts such as Robbie Williams, for whom she created album art and contributed to the book "Somebody Someday." She also toured globally with The Darkness and worked with notable bands including The Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Stereophonics, The Black Crowes, and Placebo. Her photographs have been published in prestigious outlets like The Times, The Independent, Mojo, Q, Uncut, and Clash. Major record labels frequently commission her for high-profile band artwork and press campaigns.

Scarlet has showcased her work in various solo exhibitions and contributed to collective shows like the 2007 Visions of Dylan exhibit. Her commitment to charitable causes is evident through her extensive work with organizations such as the ABC Trust, PDSA, Teenage Cancer Trust, and War Child. Notably, she photographed artists and their children for a fundraising exhibition at the Proud Gallery in Camden, which later moved to the Royal Albert Hall.

Scarlet's collaboration with James Blunt featured prominently in his Moon Landing campaign, and her exhibition "Resonators," supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust, was displayed at the Royal Albert Hall for a month. This exhibition is now available as a limited edition book, further cementing her legacy in the world of music photography.
