Anthony Tremmaglia (b. 1976) is a Canadian artist and educator based in Ottawa, Ontario. He studied Advanced Illustration (Honours) at Sheridan College in Toronto and Graphic Design (Honours) at Algonquin College in Ottawa, grounding his practice in both fine art and design. Over the years, Tremmaglia has shifted his focus toward painting while continuing to draw on his background in layered visual language and strong compositional design. His work has been exhibited in solo and group shows nationally and internationally, including Hard to Find at the Ottawa Art Gallery in 2019, as well as presentations at Art Palm Beach, Palm Beach Modern & Contemporary, Art Vancouver, and Design Shanghai. His large-scale works invite viewers to experience their material presence up close, where texture and depth play an integral role.
