Secondary market sales

Elevate your art collecting experience with our members' club. Say goodbye to significant value loss when reselling your artwork professionally. OAA handles appraisals, discreet private sales, and offers exposure to our art and design network. Enjoy unbiased, fair treatment, plus active promotion across our platforms.

 

OAA provides commission-free sales platform for up to three artworks annually. Any commissions and extra fees are waived, except for the legally required Artist's Resale Right (ARR) fee, which is determined and subtracted from the selling price. The sale follows UK and EU regulations, with reporting to DACS and proceeds given to artists.

 

For further secondary sales within the year, a 15% commission applies.

For non-members opting for a private secondary market sale via OAA, a 20% commission, along with the ARR, will be deducted from the final sale price.
